In short: We don't sell your data. We don't track you across the internet. We only collect what we need to book your trip and improve our website. That's it.
What information do we collect?
When you fill in our booking form or contact us, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number (to reach you on WhatsApp)
- Your email (if you send us one)
- Tour preferences and travel date
- Any notes you add in the special requests field
That's all. We don't ask for credit card numbers, IDs, or anything else we don't need.
How do we use your information?
- To book your trip — we send your details via WhatsApp to confirm your reservation
- To contact you — if we need to reach you about your booking
- To improve our website — we look at general traffic patterns (how many visitors, which pages are popular) but we don't track individual browsing behavior
Do we share your data?
No. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The only exception:
Cookies
Our website uses a few cookies:
- Language preference — remembers if you chose English, German, or French
- Admin settings — only used in our internal admin panel
- Google AdSense — Google places cookies to serve ads. You can manage these in your browser settings
We don't use cookies to spy on you or build advertising profiles.
Third-party services
- Google AdSense — shows ads on our site. Google's own privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy
- WhatsApp — when you click "Book via WhatsApp," you're sending data to WhatsApp/Meta directly. Their privacy policy applies
- IP Geolocation — our admin panel logs approximate location of visitors for analytics. This data is stored locally and never shared
How long do we keep your data?
Booking information is kept for as long as needed to manage reservations. Visitor analytics are stored locally and can be cleared at any time from the admin panel.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Ask what data we have about you
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of Google ads tracking

Our services are for adults booking trips. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.
